'One Somerset' was an equalities event held on Friday 27th April 2007

at Taunton Racecourse

The aim was for it to be a fun day to experience and learn about the diversity within our immediate region and to encourage understanding and integration within our society.

The Forum for Equality and Diversity in Somerset (FEDS) organised this event to bring together representation from the six strands of diversity that are present within all of our communities today.

These strands are known as Race, Age, Faith, Disability, Gender and Sexual Orientation.
